The Cycle Revolution Teacher Training program is an opportunity to transform yourself and your cycling abilities both as a student, aspiring cycle instructor, or to deepen your skills if you are already teaching. Receive your FULL certification as an indoor cycling teacher through ICTC, the indoor cycling trainers of Canada a subsidiary of Spynga The Yoga & Cycling Studio. We offer this training in an effort to grow our community of indoor cyclists by sharing the knowledge, skills and tools we have learned so they too can inspire others! This course will guide cycling enthusiasts in developing the fundamental skills necessary to teach an effective and dynamic indoor cycling class. Both theory and practical application skills and tools will be presented.
Physicality of Indoor Cycling
Learn correct cycling positioning and how to teach great alignment
Proper Bike Set up
Heart Rate Measurement and make use of its benefits
Intelligent sequencing to keep students engaged, safe, and working at their optimum levels

How to market yourself as an indoor cycling teacher
In order to receive certificate of completion, students are required to complete the following:
A written exam and a practical exam, in the form of a 15 minute class (expect 5 hours of prep for the written exam and 3 hours of prep for the practical exam)
Each student is required to take a minimum of 3 cycling and/or spynga classes per week (at any cycling studio) during the duration of the course
