YOGA yin

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. After you have experienced Yin, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of a yoga practice.

YOGA yin/yang

Yin yoga is the practice of holding floor-based poses for longer periods of time. Yang yoga is the more traditional, ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. In this delicious fusion, we will practice yin for the first half of class with a traditional Yang practice for the second half.

A powerful fusion of strength training and core work with traditional asana. Challenging sequences are designed to sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue. Weight balls, free weights and other equipment may be incorporated to amplify the intensity of practice.
