Music loud and lights low. We bring the outdoors inside, just for you for a more intense, focused ride. We climb hills, sprint on the open road, and jump through the bumps.  Open to beginners and advanced riders.

Enjoy another signature cycle class (45 minutes) with a focus on the core. Your core muscles are what keep your back straight and help stabilize your lower body while cycling. Your core work on the mat (15 minutes) will burn in all the best ways.

The longest and most challenging of our cycle classes, which is why it’s so popular. We do everything offered in Cycle 45 by mirroring an outdoor ride to the max.  It’s the last 15 minutes of the ride that pushes you to improve and wanting more.

CYCLE Sculpy + Stretch

This Trifecta is more than just a 75-minute rotation of what we do best - cycle, sculpt and stretch. We will start with 30 minutes on the bike followed by 25 minutes of sculpting the upper body and core. Finally ending in a delicious 20 minutes of slow passive stretching. You can have your cake and eat it too.

CYCLE Barre

A Spyngaflows Original. Start on the bike (30 minutes). Followed by a blend of ballet fundamentals, yoga postures, and pilates core principles (30 minutes), using technically safe methodology from all three practices and creating a workout like no other.
